Job Summary

Appliance Service is transforming their business capabilities utilizing latest technology applications. In order to align all technology needs, Appliance Service is seeking a dynamic personality to support current program support managers with enabling various technology solutions. Appliance Service Business would like this person to be part of a team that improves customer perception of PSE&G Appliance Service Business by making it easy for customers to do business with us and support improvement enabled by various technologies including CRM, Salesforce, Web and other digital platforms along with operational performance.

Job Responsibilities

    • Act as the subject matter expert on technology projects that span the systems used by Appliance Service Business, helping keep projects on track through all milestones starting from business requirements to testing, implementation, and monitoring.
  • Represent Timely resolution of system defects and in the development of business requirements for enhancements.

  • Oversee enhancements through all milestones to implementation and monitoring.

  • Provide assistance to managers and Technical Project Coordinators in project related activities.

  • Assist in on going improvements of the digital project enhancements as per emerging technologies and project management techniques.

  • Knowledge of IT concepts and project management methodologies inclusive of developing and implement project plans, defining project scope, goals, deliverables and needed resources for a successful project journey and implementation.

  • Support in conducting internal meetings with stakeholders and consultants to coordinate project efforts.

  • Assist with customer feedback data collection and research to incorporate in subsequent project releases once analyzed.

  • Communicate effectively and proactively with clients to resolve issues, provide updates, and answer questions.

  • Monitor and maintain the project communication plan and process.

  • Provide Change Management and support for internal clients to improve their use of systems and to assist business in using self-service.

  • Use available data sources, such as survey results, system queries, Google analytics, monitoring and observation, reported system defects, BW reports, Crystal Reports, and benchmark data, to analyze system activity and performance and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

  • Assess the potential value of proposed enhancements for improved prioritization according to business benefits.

  • Partner with Business Systems, IT, and Process Owners to seek and identify new information technology products, tools, and processes to deliver business solutions that support the business.

  • Ability to organize and coordinate the work efforts related to project management activities

Job Specific Qualifications

Required

  • BS degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, IT or equivalent.

  • 5 years of experience Project Management experience in a full life cycle web or ERP implementations focused on supporting customers, sales, and operations

  • Experience in IT Project Management methodologies and tools (PMI, CMMI, SDLC, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel & MS Word)

  • Commitment to process improvement and attention to detail

  • Combination of business acumen with Technology expertise to drive on how process, technology and data can address opportunities.

  • Knowledge of utilizing systems and tools (e.g. SAP, SAP - Business Warehouse, Crystal reports, Salesforce, SharePoint, Microsoft BI, SQL, AWS...).

  • Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships within and across organizations.

  • Demonstrated ability to view all decisions from the perspective of our customers, and keep the customer's experience at the center of any approach.
