Procedural Clinic Lpn, Urology, Escanaba Office, 1.0 Full-Time, Day Shift

As supervised and delegated by a physician, provides direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice in procedural-based office.

Collects and documents patient intake data. Maintains accurate and complete patient records.

Assists with catherterizations

Administers medications/injections

Provides patient education to both patient and family

Assists with patient procedures in procedural-based office

Minimum Education

Graduated from LPN, LVN program

Required Skills

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Certifications:

Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)

Minimum Work Experience

2 years Procedural experience (Preferred)
