2nd Shift : 2pm-10:30pm
3rd Shift: 10pm - 6:30am

1.Minimum 3 years work experience in precision component attach process and repair
2.Experience on surface mount, solder ball bumping, wire bonding, pick-n-place
3.Strong experience with hand tools (e.g., Tweezers, Vacuum pickup tools, Soldering Irons, die handling, wire bond, test fixtures)
4.Experience in inspection and repair for MEMS device
5.Familiar with metrology tools, such as Dage shear and Z-scope
6.Good with verbal and written communication
7.Good team player
8.Determine the final product requirements based on job specifications, including appearance and measurement
9.Verify accuracy of materials used to complete all jobs to specifications including (but not limited to) solder fillet, probe shear and tip position.
Examine product for defects such as partial solder fillet and defective probes - as compared to target quality.
Properly complete all paperwork, maintain proper separation of product per job and or lot number at all times, consult with quality assurance on product appearance and performance, maintain cleanliness and organization of Litho area, maintain a professional and respectful work environment.
Be able to work at 3rd shift and/or weekend shift
