Northrop Grumman is currently recruiting for a Princ Program Scheduler to work in our Beavercreek, OH location.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serves as both Program Master Scheduler and Work Center Scheduler

  • Generates and Maintains Top Level Program Schedules

  • Supports Program Office in EACs/PMRs/Metrics

  • Inputs MRP Demand Signals

  • Plans, Prepares, Issues, and Controls Production Schedules

  • Generates/Manages Lock Down Schedules

  • Releases MRP Work Orders & Manages MRP Make Signals

  • Generates/Prints Production Paperwork

  • Coordinates Pick Lists w/ Stores

  • Ensures Ops has all Inputs (Paper/Tools/Materials/etc.)

  • Assists with Conveyance between Work Centers

  • Manages Prioritization for Conflicts

  • Manage Work Center Scheduling

  • Identify Backlogs & Scheduling Priorities

  • Coordinates all Customer Shipments with Logistics

  • Coordinates WIP Shipments (i.e. IWOs/outside services/etc.) with Logistics

  • Performs Risk Analysis, Critical Path Analysis, and MRP Logic Conflicts

  • Performs Work Order Variance Analysis; Review MRP Execution; Ensures Accuracy of Information; Reconcile Supply and Demand; Validates Master Scheduling Requirements

  • Understands Needs and Constraints of Manufacturing Shop Floor

  • Coordinates Interdepartmental Activity

  • Provides Detailed Information in Daily Ops & Management Meetings Relative to Schedules, Customer on Time Delivery Status, and Corrective Action Status.

  • Produces Data Reports as Required.

  • Works with Site Master Scheduler to Provide Inputs for Site Capacity & Facility Planning

Required Education & Experience:

  • BA/BS in Production Management, Business, Logistic Management, Supply Chain Management, or Mechanical/Industrial Engineering with 6 years related experience or Masters in Production Management, Masters in Supply Chain management, or Mechanical /Industrial Engineering with 3 years related experience.

  • Proficiency with Computer Automated Scheduling Systems (i.e. OpenPlan [Preferred], MS Project, Shop Floor Control Database/Software, etc.)

  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Access and other office information systems; possess an understanding of software engineering terminology

  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP Systems

  • Experience with Shop Floor Control Systems (i.e. Dynafact [Preferred])

  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing Principles and Applications

  • APICS Certification [Preferred]

Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems Group in Beavercreek, Ohio is seeking an experienced ISSO Principal Cyber Information Assurance Analyst. Job Description: Assist with providing oversight, policy, and procedure development, and related functions in compliance with RMF (JSIG), ICD 503, DAAPM and NISPOM. As part of the Security Team, the position is responsible for assisting in implementing and operating security requirements both technical and administrative on classified systems. Responsibilities: * Ensure systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with security policies and procedures as outlined in the security authorization package. * Partake in technical and security training (e.g., operating system, networking, security management) relative to assigned duties. * Conduct weekly systems audits of both automated and manual audit logs. * Conduct software patch installation, antivirus updates, and conducting security self-reviews. * Ensure all users have the requisite security clearances, authorization, need-to-know, and are aware of their security responsibilities before granting access to the IS. * Conduct periodic reviews of information systems to ensure compliance with the security authorization package. * Report all security-related incidents to the ISSM. * Monitor system recovery processes to ensure security features and procedures are properly restored and functioning correctly. * Coordinate any changes or modifications to hardware, software or firmware of a system to the ISSM. * Troubleshoot networks and systems-related issues, handle event notification and escalation as needed. * Configure and administer hardware and software * Escalate alerts and incidents to correct staff as necessary * Perform follow-up for escalated incidents where appropriate * Ensure all IS security-related documentation is current and accessible to properly authorized Individuals. * Formally notify the ISSM when changes occur that might affect system authorization. * Configure servers and workstations security settings. * Assist with information system security incidents. * Assist in network user accounts creation or modification * Assist in getting software and hardware approvals. * Assist in turning in or disposing of equipment and software. * Assist with security education/training Basic Qualifications: * Five or more years of related secure information system experience, or any equivalent combination of education * Active Top Secret Clearance Required * Current certification identified in DoD Manual 8570.01-M for IAT II (or attainable within 6 months) * Experience with RMF (JSIG), DAAPM and NISPOM Chapter 8 practices. * A working knowledge of COMSEC equipment to include handling keying material and troubleshooting encryption devices. * Must possess excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills. * Experience in the use of Windows Operating Systems, in physical and virtual environments, and Windows network administration * Experience with Linux Operating Systems (Preferred) Northrop Grumman is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
