Develops appropriate strength and conditioning programming and provides exercise instruction to a range of clients.
Participate in planning developing and implementing in-house and/or off-site strength and conditioning programs.
Create appropriate strength and speed/agility programing for groups, high school teams, and/or individuals.
Quickly and appropriately adapt training programs to different skill levels, injuries and/or facility.
Communicate effectively with clients and other staff (ATC, PT, Strength Coaches, Sport Coaches) regarding programing, education, scheduling, and training safety.
Maintains applicable certification/licensure.
Collaborate and build relationships with staff from other departments to effectively deliver strength and conditioning services.
Interact and develop relationships with local schools, sports organizations/teams, and the local community to promote strength and conditioning services as appropriate.
Communicate effectively with the supervisor regarding program/department needs, innovations, operations to assist program growth and success.
Other duties as assigned.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in exercise physiology, kinesiology, or related field.

Requires full body motion including handling and lifting up to 75 pounds.
Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time.
May be required to drive to other locations.
