What Research Technician does at Worldwide

Performs technical and laboratory procedures following Worldwide Clinical Trials Clinical procedures and study protocol requirements. Dynamic and fast-paced, we are agile, well-resourced and supported by the entire organization, which empowers us to move quickly and decisively.

Teamwork and collaboration is paramount, especially as a globally distributed, remote based team. We are at the forefront of Worldwide's exciting growth and the nexus between candidates and opportunities.

What you will do

• Assures samples are processed per protocol as well as Worldwide procedures.

• Responsible for inventory and packaging of lab samples for shipment.

• Uses technical knowledge to determine specimen acceptability.

• Restocks lab supplies (pipettes, urine cups, etc.).

• Properly labels aliquot tubes for studies.

• Covers study procedures or shifts as needed.

• Ensures lab equipment is calibrated and properly maintained.

What you will bring to the role

• Good customer service skills. Must be able to work effectively with co-workers in a team environment and individually unsupervised.

• Able to perform duties at a fast pace without errors.

• Willing to perform repetitive tasks.

• Able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Your experience

• High School Diploma, or equivalent

• Experience in a related industry such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, or clinical research preferred
