PRN HAB/FST and Foster Care - Grant County

This position provides services to families including:
conduct home visits
intake, assessment and interviews
care planning and coordination
after hour crisis intervention
education on foster parenting and parenting children with trauma history
A bachelors degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field is required. 2 years of experience working with seriously emotionally disturbed youth and their families is required. 2 years of social work or social services related experience is preferred.
A valid drivers license, current auto insurance, and a driving record that allows the incumbent to meet The Villages risk management guidelines is required. The flexibility to work some evening and weekend hours when necessary is required.
