Private Tutor (Part-Time, Variable Hour)

Utah Valley University is currently seeking five part-time Private Tutor's! Working under the Direction of the SCUP education counselor, the private tutor works one-on-one with students K-16, providing academic tutoring assistance, tracking progress, reporting to the SCUP education counselor, and fulfilling other duties as assigned.

• Tutors students one-on-one.

• Records notes from tutoring sessions.

• Communicates with Education Counselor.

• Other duties as assigned

High school diploma or GED is required.

Preferred Qualifications:  

Two or more years of experience tutoring or studying the subject.

Licenses or Certifications:  

Must pass background check.

• Advanced knowledge in other areas such as languages, social sciences, etc. will be considered.
