Education: Master's degree in social work, counseling, or equivalent field.

License: Current unencumbered clinical license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) per state of practice guidelines.

Experience: Experience working in private practice with individuals who struggle with mental health and substance use, or equivalent experience. Experience working in higher levels of care (inpatient, residential, PHP, IOP) preferred.

Additional Requirements: A thorough knowledge of and adherence to ethical guidelines as well as state and federal guidelines and compliance regulations (HIPAA, Mandated Reporting, etc.). Employees will also maintain adequate professional liability insurance.

Location: Hybrid/ Rockwall (must be in office two days minimum)

License/Certification:

• LPC, LMFT, LCSW (Required)

Applicants who have been patients of any program or provider at the facility are eligible for employment under the conditions outlined below: For private practice therapy and medication management, the applicant must have discontinued and/or transferred their treatment to a provider or providers outside of the facility. For PHP/IOP services, the applicant must have been discharged from the program at least 2 years before applying for employment.
