To perform this job successfully, the individual must manage the Private Label commercial business by driving and owning key activities that are aligned with the company's values (Decisiveness, Excellence, People, Integrity, Change, Teamwork).

Drive revenue impact by being Decisive

  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the Private Label revenue goals

  • Identify and prioritize annual product, pricing, contracting, promotion and distribution opportunities in order to consistently grow the Private Label Business.

Drive commercial Excellence

  • Provide detailed and accurate revenue forecasting

  • Define sales processes that drive desired revenue outcomes and identify improvements where and when required

  • Execute and monitor comprehensive commercial programs that achieve sales objectives inclusive of increasing market share and minimizing impact of competitors.

  • Drive decisions based on sales, marketing and financial information that enable sales and margin goals.

  • Measure commercial excellence by monitoring progress of key commercial and marketing activities against stated goals and objectives.

  • Keep the Private Label team and OTT management promptly and accurately informed of competitive activities, industry trends and products acceptance.

Drive results by focusing on People (internal & external)

  • Manage partner expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Manage key partner relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities

Drive organizational Integrity

  • Directs implementation and execution of commercial policies and practices

  • Leads by example and works with corporate compliance to ensure the highest standards of corporate integrity are met

  • Maintain flexibility with forward strategic planning and adapt to quarterly, annual and longer term strategic objectives

Drive productivity through Teamwork

  • Manage Private Label commercial functions/resources to enable above market growth

  • Develop with cross-functional team the infrastructure and systems that support the success of the Private Label business

  • Work collaboratively with marketing to develop programs for direct products (i.e. shunts, hemostats, TWC)

  • Develop along with marketing strategies based on market research and competitor analyses that drive market share growth.

  • Review progress on commercial initiatives & revenue objectives with divisional and executive management to determine required changes in action to address attainment of goals or objectives.



The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, science or engineering or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 (ten) years relevant work experience in commercial role, with five years in a significant B2B commercial leadership role.

  • Track record of achieving exceptional commercial growth; experience as OEM commercial leader preferred

  • Previous commercial experience in highly regulated product environment including medical technology and pharmaceutical industry

  • Demonstrated contract negotiation skills and understanding of legal contracts including, License and Distribution and Supply Agreements.

  • Demonstrated skills in partner management (customer relations)

  • Demonstrated problem analysis and problem resolution skills at both a strategic and functional level.

  • Ability to think ahead and plan over a 1-5 year horizon.

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills

  • Knowledge of dental soft tissue market, synthetic bone void filler market, hemostats, and resorbable drug delivery markets


  • Must be able to travel 10% - 20% to domestic and/or international sites.


Normal office environment: ability to utilize a computer, telephone, fax and copy machine as well as other general office equipment. Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Suite of Products including Word, Excel, Outlook or similar, Power Point, with strong computer skills required.

VIEW JOBS 1/28/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-04-27T00:00 Overview Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. * Using a broad base of knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements, this person help lead our efforts at Integra's OTT * Private Label business to ensure that the product portfolio and the required regulatory documentation is appropriate. * Evaluates regulatory issues, develops regulatory strategies and revises technical documentation for upcoming regulatory submissions for tissue products. * Develops US and International regulatory strategies and verification and validation activities for assigned product submissions * Actively assists with our upcoming audits and certification reviews with Notified Bodies. * Maintain Regulatory Affairs product files (design dossiers, periodic regulatory reports) to support compliance with regulatory requirements) * Reviews partner's promotional and advertising material for adherence to approved product claims. * Works in partnership with Product Development, Manufacturing and QA/QC to ensure overall compliance with European and International regulations. * Coordinates roll-outs of product changes with corporate and international regulatory teams. * Ensures timeliness of regulatory submissions according to business needs. This includes ensuring prompt follow-up to the questions and requests received from regulators Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job is acceptable. * Bachelor's degree in science or other technically related field, or equivalent work experience. * Minimum of 3 years' regulatory experience with increasing responsibility in a medical device or pharmaceutical company and PMA /EUMDR regulations * Experience in working effectively with cross-functional teams; especially at manufacturing sites. * Experience with regenerative medicine products is preferred. * Must have proven ability to prepare and submit documents to regulatory agencies. * Must be detail oriented, well-organized and able to work both independently and in teams. * Must possess and demonstrate an understanding of FDA requirements and quality system requirements. * Must have strong writing, project management and communication skills. * Demonstrated skills in contributing to multiple projects simultaneously. * Awareness of business strategies and tactics, including regulatory impact. * Can communicate facts in an organized and clear manner to cross-functional teams. * Established skill in objective thinking. * Provides regulatory input to cross-functional teams. * Brings proposals for solutions to identified issues. * Develops plans to meet pre-defined Regulatory goals. * Responsible for tasks and simple submission components, based on templates * Ability to explain regulatory requirements and pitfalls to project teams and colleagues. * Capability to interact with diplomacy and tact while maintaining appropriate assertiveness. * Willingness to take ownership and accept responsibility for actions and decisions. * Must be detail oriented, well organized and able to work both independently and in teams. * Ability to communicate effectively in both informal and formal settings. * Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC) is a plus, and can be obtained on the job.
