Raising another Fund this year. ? 10 total on the accounting team and very collaborative, open space work culture with super smart teammates! ? The Firm has a focus on well-known consumer products companies. A lot of delicious samples are sent to the office! The Position: ? You will be working with the Assistant Controller, on one of the largest funds for the firm, a $1.3Billion fund. ? This Fund is fully invested at this point and has some exciting exits to be a part of and some maintenance to be exposed to. ? Due to the size and complexity of the Fund, is has a lot of entities.
In each investment, there are several entities that need to be maintained, maybe 20 or so. ? The Assistant Controller has been with the firm for about 6 years and is very familiar with the fund and wants to mentor and train this person. ? Benefits/Sells: ? EQUITY PARTICIPATION PLAN! ? BA/BS in accounting, finance, business or related area of study ? 2+ years of relevant experience in partnership accounting (Venture Capital, Private Equity, Hedge Fund or Real Estate); familiarity with partnership agreements.
