Private Duty- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)We are seeking a Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an opportunity with our team 30 minutes North of downtown Seattle, WA!

Our team is working with a family in Lake Forest Park who is seeking a provider for their husband. He is a 200+ pound male ALS patient who is trach and vent dependent (training offered). They are hoping for a new member of the family with this nurse who can not only help him but also build a relationship with the rest of the family.

Compensation Package:

• Up to $45 An Hour (Based on Years of Experience)

Requirements:

• LPN License in the state of WA
• Current BLS Certification
• Current CPR Certification
• Must have a reliable commute to this job's location
• Must be fully COVID vaccinated
• New Nursing Graduates are Welcome

Responsibilities:

• Wednesday and Friday 7AM to 11PM
• Every Other Weekend- Saturday and Sunday from 7AM to 11PM
• Trach / Vent Experience a Plus- Training Available
• Meal Preparation
• Medication Administration
• Transfers, Mobility, or Stand-by Assist
• Personal Hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Companionship & Conversation
• Light Housekeeping
