Job Summary: The Privacy Analyst will support the operations of privacy services and will assist in developing, coordinating and supporting privacy related functions and activities.

This position will assist with the development and implementation of privacy policies, procedures and best practices. The position will research and monitor changes to laws and regulations, both Federal and State laws as well as applicable regulations. The Privacy Analyst will provide this information to the Privacy Officer on a timely basis.

The Privacy Analyst will collect and analyze data; prepare reports (e.g. charts/graphs) and participate in risk assessments when appropriate. The individual will utilize software applications and commercial products (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to create documents to support privacy investigations, as well as to create reports for Compliance Committees. The Analyst will assist with various federal and state recommended regulatory initiatives that impact LVHN as it relates to privacy.

The Analyst will participate in a variety of focused privacy projects. The Analyst will work to become knowledgeable in the privacy issue investigation, documentation and resolution process. Minimum Requirements: Minimum Associates degree. Two years of working in an environment in which generation of reports, monitoring and follow-up were required. Excellent interpersonal skills to work with team members, internal and external customers, including strong written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to work with data to include collection (based on criteria), analysis, display of data utilizing graphs/chart, trending data etc.

Computer skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word). The ability and desire to take the initiative to learn other computer based applications, in order to create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, conduct research on compliance issues etc.

Strong quantitative, analytical, research and organization skills. Preferred Qualifications:
