Print material includes, POP, in-store signage, brochures, flyers, look books, catalogs, etc. but also includes digital assets.Manage production of all collateral, direct mail, invitations and marketing materials.Help manage relationships with the print vendors regarding schedules, production, pricing and deliveryAssist in sending out job specs for new creative projects to printersFollow up with vendors on pricing and schedulesAssist in releasing files to printersCoordinate meetings to review retouching and communicate any comments and changes to vendorEnsure that creative quality standards are met and maintained for all projectsTrack project spending and ensure projects are completed within budgetSource new vendors and materialsAssist in submitting invoices for processing and paymentManage image library and samples from printers; File hard copy print samples and maintain the integrity of the archives
