Responsibilities

The primary role of the Production Manager is to manage the entire production of marketing POS signage, Visual 3D Prop Production, Floorset campaigns. Manage projects from operational level, ideation, negotiation, and sourcing to final implementation, all within strict budget parameters. Manage Senior Print Buyer and understand their scope of work.

Responsibilities include:

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define job specifications, ideate creative concepts, research substrates & materials, and manage continuous changes to specifications. Once specifications determined, lead sourcing efforts from bid evaluations, price negotiation, supplier selection to final production & execution of campaign.

Execution of campaign management includes partnering with Store Ops, Visual, Creative, EFO and Brand to review any added components and materials, pre-flight art files, proof art files, attend press checks (if applicable), request store shipping labels, manage shipping dates & meet in store deliverables. Additionally, must reconcile and manage all costs within POS & Visual budget parameters on weekly forecast.

Production Acumen: Manage the entire production of 2D Print & Visual 3D Production.

Responsible for Research & Development, prototypes, Pre-flight/file prep, prepress, press checks. Focus: BOC rollouts.

Research and development, source and produce 3 dimensional marketing and visual materials, including fixtures, props, displays, and seasonal dcor/marketing.

Ensure Final BOC 3D elements, props meet Store Compliance & Custom Regulations

Quality of Marketing components Assure color match prints & final printed materials are within standards, delivered on time and within quality standards

Process Improvement- Partner with Art Directors, Marketing Team & Visual team to improve Floorset Process

Meet deadlines- domestic & international. (Mitigate International air shipments)

Operation responsibilities include but are not limited to: partnering with Merchants and Marketing partners with print marketing requests, inputting details in Jira, attend meetings and be the advocate of the requestor.
