Job Description:

Ciox Health is actively seeking entry level Print Mail Operators for our Print Mail Operations in Alpharetta, GA. This position will be responsible for monitoring and operating mail insertion and output generating equipment. Qualified candidates will have previous experience working with Bell & Howell or Pitney Bowes document insert machines OR experience with other model document insert machines.

We are seeking candidates to fill all three shifts:
1st Shift is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
2nd Shift is from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
3rd Shift is from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Operate inserting machine and printer for jobs generated by data processing Monitor equipment; determine cause of malfunction and takes necessary action to resolve problem to meet deadline or productivity standards.

  • Ensure all printed materials meet established quality standards.

  • Perform job setups and audits on inserting machine and printer.

  • Complete shift log identifying all work processes and postage expended.

  • Perform vendor recommended minor maintenance on output generating equipment to avoid or lower cost of repairs.

  • Document and reports all operating problems such as downtime, reprints, etc.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure department objectives are achieved.

  • Other tasks and projects as assigned by Manager of Production Ops.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with Bell & Howell or Pitney Bowes document insert machines OR experience with other model document insert machines.

  • Previous experience in a fast pace high volume mail room environment running a variety of mail room machines.

  • Have the ability to do light physical labor in relation to the job duties.

VIEW JOBS 1/5/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-04-05T00:00 Job Summary: This role will work 6 PM to 6 AM for 7 days on and 7 days off. The Data Center Operators are a tier 1, 24X7 operations team. They monitor, identify, troubleshoot and escalate customer-facing issues within the Data Center escalation structure for servers, databases, and applications. The team consists of entry level operators, who may progress to become a Data Center Technician (Tier-2) and higher. The Data Center Operator utilizes scripts, monitoring systems, and written procedures to run the day to day operation of lottery systems. These operations include compiling and printing system status reports, processing draws, and nightly processing. Essential Job Functions: * Operates and monitors Windows Server and Linux based systems using established procedures. * Monitors systems in production and reports problems. * Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve incidents. * Utilizes incident management ticketing systems to report and document issues. * Performs notification and escalation for major issues and critical events. * Completes shift check lists and status reports as required. * Performs basic networking troubleshooting. * Performs system processing utilizing established tools and procedures. Respond to inquiries and requests for assistance from Lottery customers. Position Requirements Position Requirements Qualifications: Education: * High school diploma (or equivalent). * 1-2 years' work or study in a computer related field. Required Experience: * Basic Windows operating systems. * Basic networking concepts. * Microsoft Office suite. Preferred Experience: * 1-2 years' experience in a computer related position. * Data Center or Network Operations Center experience. * Familiar with Windows Server and Linux operating systems. * Familiar with MS SQL Server and/or MySQL databases. * The ability and desire to troubleshoot these items is highly desired. * Familiar with ticketing systems. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: * Good communication skills, both oral and written. * Interpersonal skills in a team environment managing stressful situations. * Have the ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers and team members. * Have the ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment. * Accurately follows written processes and procedures. * Works well independently and as a member of a team. * Works well under general supervision. Additional Requirements: * Must be able to obtain required regulatory gaming cards and licensing upon employment. * A background security investigation will be conducted. * A drug test will be required before employment.
