What does a great Print Form Manager do?
The Print Form Manager oversees the development and QA of all documents in the Mortgage Director Print Form library, including new forms and revisions to existing forms. This position requires an extensive knowledge of the mortgage lending industry and a deep understanding of the Mortgage Director Loan Origination Software (LOS). This role must understand and take into consideration the specific needs of each Mortgage Director customer regarding their customization of documents and of the tables in the LOS. The Print Form Manager oversees the deployment of new and revised Print Forms to all Mortgage Director customers, both library forms for all customers and forms that are specific to only one customer. This position needs to document regulatory and agency (FNMA, FHLMA, HUD, FHA, VA, USDA) form changes and analyze what additions or changes may be needed in the LOS to support them. The Compliance Manager, Print Form will act as a subject matter expert and provide support to all Departments within the Mortgage Director organization from Sales through Customer Implementations to Development and Quality Assurance.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Partnered with our compliance partner to continuously monitor the mortgage lending compliance requirements, keeping abreast of changes timely and translating them into requirements for software development through research and collaboration with Mortgage Director Management Team, Business and Systems Analysts, Development, Sales, Customers and the Training Department
Working with a compliance partner to review and understand regulatory change from agencies (FNMA, FHLMA, HUD, FHA, VA, USDA) to understand when changes will be needed in existing form or new forms will need to be created
Reviewing customer requests for new or revised forms
Working with other Business Analysts to analyze specific needs and develop proactive solutions for general process improvements
Assisting and supporting the Philippines Print Form Manager and the individual Print Form developers and providing training for them
Utilizing issue management software (JIRA) for monitoring the request queue to ensure requests are completed accurately and timely
Final QA review of new forms and revisions to existing forms for accuracy and completeness
Managing the Cross tool for deployment of forms to all internal and customer databases, both the Manual Cross tool and the Automated Cross tool
Establishing and maintaining procedures for the Print Forms team
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborating with Sales, Customer Support and Professional Services on Customer interactions and training of internal resources
Providing content and direction to the Mortgage Director Training Department
Position requires some evening and weekend work to deploy Print Forms to Customers databases during scheduled maintenance periods.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Extensive background in mortgage lending is required, (6+ years), including knowledge of current mortgage industry business processes and requirements as they pertain to Loan Origination, Secondary Market Investors and Warehouse Lenders.
Experience in mortgage lending compliance is required, (4+ years) including a working knowledge of all federal regulations that apply to mortgage lending

Ability to identify potential issues or problems as they relate to the business, and offer proactive solutions/suggestions
Ability to establish/coordinate and maintain dynamic and appropriate business relationships with customers, vendors and Mortgage Director personnel.
Ability to project a professional image and conduct themselves in such manner while representing Mortgage Director business interests
Proficiency in the Microsoft productivity (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and communications (Outlook, Dynamics, SharePoint) applications.
Experience with software development is preferred
Experience with Mortgage Director Loan Origination System is preferred
