We are currently searching for a Principle Program Manager - Advanced RF Solutions to join our team in Cedar Rapids, IA (1000). The current threat environment is driving the need for ever increasing capabilities for the warfighter. The Advanced RF Solutions team is looking for a passionate business leader to guide the capture, development, and execution of our next generation Comm, Nav, and EW capabilities. The role will require working with Department of Defense (DoD) end customers, OEMs, Industry Partners, and internal stakeholders to develop industry leading solutions.
Current US DoD security clearance holders preferred.
Life Cycle Responsibility for products. This includes business pursuit and capture, product development, transition to production, customer delivery and support.
Builds strong and extensive working relationships internally and externally.
Strong understanding of the industry and customer.
Develop product line roadmaps and business plans that include required investments and capabilities.
Responsible for managing a program which is of moderate to high risk and high complexity. Including support subcontractors.
Plan, direct and monitors program budget and serves as primary customer contact for program information.
Responsible for meeting program budget and schedule.
Responsible for risk management of existing products and large complex development programs.
Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline or in the absence of a degree six years of related experience
US Citizen capable of obtaining US DoD Security Clearance
