About the role:

The Financial Analyst will develop management reporting for senior leadership consumption, partnering closely with key business partners to accurately plan spend across multiple workstreams and teams within the supply chain optimization program. This position requires an outgoing candidate who can build strong relationships with manufacturing site teams and program teams, to optimize financial planning, reporting and analysis.

Travel: 10%

Key responsibilities include:

  • Build relationships with manufacturing plant leadership teams and program workstream teams.

  • Develop detailed financial budgets and forecasts incorporating historic, trended and current business information.

  • Monitor workstream team and functional spending versus expectations and clearly articulate variance drivers, opportunity and risk

  • Lead deep dive review with program workstream teams during budget building phase and monthly reviews to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

  • Perform financial analysis and recommend alternative courses of action by utilizing appropriate financial tools and creative problem solving.

  • Present to upper management & business partners and provide guidance on variances and trends.

  • Develop and utilize sound financial processes, with an eye towards process improvements and efficiencies.

  • This role will also have some project management opportunities within the supply chain program.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA a plus.

  • 6 8+ years' progressive experience in finance or accounting including 4 years within FP&A.

  • Strong financial analysis, communication, organizational and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, adhere to tight deadlines, attention to detail.

  • Must have highly developed customer relationship skills with strong service orientation.

  • Strong understanding of interplay between financial systems.

  • Holds self-accountable to a performance metric culture.

  • Team orientated.

  • Experience with manufacturing operations finance preferred.

  • Project based experience preferred.

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required; Experience with Adaptive Planning preferred.

This Product Reporting Analyst will provide quality and complaint trend analysis for Post Market in service of product quality and patient safety. The candidate will take on ad-hoc data requests and some tasks may be time critical with prompt turn around delivery timing. This role will have the opportunity to build the partnerships and set expectations with Quality teams to account for project work and delivery timing. In this role you will identify, analyze, investigate, monitor and document patterns and trends in post marketing surveillance data as part of the complaint system. You will communicate and educate management, R&D, marketing, sales organization and other departments, as well as external customers about product performance. Additionally, you will also ensure that information and insight gained from the investigations and corrective actions is fed back to the R&D and marketing organizations as part of the risk management and design input systems. Your responsibilities will include * Supports EU Medical Device Regulation implementation by preparing and delivering complaint trend data in a timely manner. * Supports product complaint investigations and data analysis for medical devices. * Performs data quality analysis and analyzes results. Proposes system and/or business process changes, data corrections, etc. * Preparation and delivery of complaint trend data at the monthly value stream Complaint Review Board meetings, site Management Review and divisional Complaint Reviews. * Perform product risk analysis activities on-going manufacturing of products to meet or exceed internal and external requirements. * Apply sound, systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, communicating, and resolving quality issues. * Identify and drive value improvement process (VIP). * Build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships with internal departments such as Operations, R&D, Compliance Quality Systems, and Regulatory Affairs.
