Are you up for the challenge?
Review and evaluate customer requirements and conditions against ZF product capabilities.
Review and approve test and validation results.
Lead or support product development Issue tracking, resolution, documentation.
Support development of new product features, functions, diagnostics, and verification tests.
Coordinate /communicate with other engineers (mechanical, software, safety etc.) to complete design and prototype activities.
Lead or support analysis activities as required.
Mentor junior engineers within the team.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree (minimum) in Mechanical Engineering.
7+ years of experience preferred in engineering, preferably in the automotive steering and suspension industry
High levels of initiative and resourcefulness; capable of operating with minimal direction
Excellent organizational skills, documentation skills, and attention to details
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
