Overall Purpose: Responsible for

review and analysis of security requirements, works with senior team

members to develop integrated plans to protect corporate assets and

information technology, and administers security systems to support

daily security operations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Includes researching, recommending,

documenting, and coordinating implementation of changes to policies,

procedures, facilities, and systems to enhance security as well as

developing and delivering corporate security awareness training for

users and technical security training for system administrators.

  • Facilitates compliance with company security policies, practices and legal requirements.

  • May provide support to non-management

employees, including coaching, on-the-job and formal training, reference

materials, procedures and system documentation.

  • Provides information to management

regarding the negative impact on the business caused by theft,

destruction, alteration or denial of access to information.

  • May interface with other stakeholders including vendors, application development and technical support staff, and clients.

  • May provide inventory and asset

management resources to security operation, including administrative

supplies, security specific resources such as SecurID cards or

cryptographic key management, and specialized security software.

Job Contribution: Senior level technical expertise. Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expert on ATT technologies.

Education: Bachelors of Science degree in the field of Computers, Engineering, or Mathematics preferred.

Experience: Typically has 8-12 years of relevant experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role.

Supervisory: No.

  • Employment is contingent on a successful Public Trust / HSPD-12 clearance.

  • Tier 4 / SME Roll with designing and deploying new MTIPS Platforms as part of Dev Team

  • Juniper ISP Routers, Cisco Admin Switches, Juniper SRX's, Fortinet Security Suite, Netscouts, Cisco ASA, VPN Platforms

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: supporting fast-paced, high profile programs, create, maintain, and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers, peers, and senior management across multiple program sites and business units. Be able to utilize good writing, organizational, communication, problem-solving, computer skills and be detail oriented. Have an understanding of NISPOM, DODM 5205.07 Vol. 1-4, and related Industrial Security Guidance Manuals in support of Special Program Security. Job responsibilities include; compiling and submitting security deliverables, assisting in presentation preparation for program status and reviews (internal and external), submitting program access requests, maintaining billet plans, assisting with updating and administering indoctrinations, refresher briefings and debriefings. Be able to write/update Standard Operating Procedures and Addendums, OPSEC implementation, navigating security requirements across multiple security domains, participating in security inspections, to include being able to compare procedures with actual operations, document findings, recommend corrective action, re-evaluate the implementation of corrective actions, investigating and reporting security infractions/violations and following through until closed. Will be required to work with the facility host to develop, manage and maintain the facility security administration and management policies and procedures related but not limited to the following; ICD 705 related to the physical security and construction requirements for SAPFs by submitting pre-construction, accreditation packages and Fixed Facility Checklists (FFCs). Work with and coordinate with a program security lead; work closely with host security when coordinating meetings in the rooms with co-uses in place.
