Principal Test Engineer - Sentinel Future Capabilities

Position Summary:LinQuest is a Principal Test Engineer to join our team onsite at Hill AFB, UT. This position requires a Secret security clearance.This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to shape the development and deployment of the next generation intercontinental ballistic missile, the national security-critical backbone of our nuclear deterrent capability.Key Responsibilities * Assist the customer with developing engineering requirements in support of an advance reentry capabilities program. * Provide technical advice to Government leaders and engineers. * Support requirements development, analysis of alternatives, verification and validation activities, and milestone preparation. * Prepare/review engineering analysis reports and key acquisition documents, including RFP packages. * Participate in technical interchange meetings, design reviews, program management reviews, certification working groups, and other technical meetings, as required. * Guide and develop more junior engineering team members.Required Skills and Experience:* 12 years directly related experience (10 years with MS degree).* BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, software Engineering (including degrees listed as acceptable for software), Physics, Mathematics, Quality Assurance, or Statistical Analysis. * At least 6 years progressive responsibility in providing technical leadership. * You must be an experienced and skilled leader, willing to meet challenges fearlessly and balance mission priorities across your team while successfully maintaining personnel and customer relationships:*
