Principal Technical Services, PSO, Cloud positions offered by Manhattan Associates, Inc. (Atlanta, GA). Manage technical projects for software systems and oversee the identification and resolution of technical problems in all aspects from inception to installation. Oversee development and testing interfaces between multiple Manhattan products (both new and enhanced) through interaction with cross functional teams to include system engineering, product development and related.

In connection with MA products, responsible for improving customer technology and managing technical sessions, infrastructure and status meetings, and onsite support. Manage modification development and manage the quality of technical deliverables. Oversee the technical project team to pro-actively identify and resolve critical issues.

Requires a four-year bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of experience in a software related technical field. Requires 3 years of experience: building and deploying cloud based solutions in line with Cloud architecture and security standards; supporting technologies with Azure, Oracle or AWS Solutions; performing CLOUD operations management and CLOUD production; and working with client management and external customer management.

Also requires 2 years of experience: developing with SQL; developing and deploying CLOUD architecture; developing programs in HTML, JavaScript, XML, JSP and Java; developing in Oracle Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS); and performing technical operations in UNIX/LINUX based platforms. Up to 50% travel required.

Our minimum requirements for this role: * You have experience with Enterprise network switching, security and Unified Access architectures. * You are experienced in selling WLAN and LAN networking technologies at the engineering level through the CxO level. * In-depth knowledge of baseline SE skills and in-depth knowledge in SDN / Wireless Networking / Campus Switching / Mobility / Infrastructure Security / campus and branch architectures * Have detailed knowledge of relevant solutions sets, product line specifications, performance criteria and applications. Thorough knowledge in wireless LAN and switching - including solutions, technology and product offerings. * Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills with validated technical knowledge and consultative skills and the ability to train and disseminate information within the area.
