The Security Engineering & Critical Infrastructure team is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) who is a thought leader in Identity and Access Management (IAM), technically adept, creative, and adaptable. This role will work across software, operational technology, networking, and security engineering teams to enable centralized identity and access management solutions for critical infrastructure systems and business processes.

This role is located either in one or all hub locations

  • Atlanta, GA, Washington, D.C., Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ.

Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.

This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 100%.

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+years' experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • 4+ years people management experience.

  • 3+ years' experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred/Additional Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in IAM or related field

  • Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD/Entra) or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Identity & Access Management, or tools such as Delinea Secret Server, Cisco ISE, CyberArk, or OKTA

  • 4+ years people management experience.

  • Attention to detail, data analysis skills and a clear understanding of IAM concepts, solutions, and best practices

  • Efficient communication skills with experience in creating executive presentations, technical specs, and white papers

  • People networking and relationship management skills

  • Experience with Azure DevOps engineering planning

  • Proficient analytical capabilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications and Tools

  • Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI, Power Automate/Power Platform, Azure DevOps

Technical Program Management M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,600 - $256,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 - $282,200 per year.

The Principal Technical Program Manager Role encompasses a broad scope including:

  • Create roadmaps, specifications, and reports to implement a centralized identity management solution for network connected devices

  • Create clear use case scenarios, stakeholder documentation and policy validation for the multi-factor authentication (MFA) enforcement and secret storage

  • Research each problem space to craft clear requirements delivering on the business expectations as well as continually improve our solutions allowing engineers to easily build, execute and test

  • Execute comprehensive plans by working across groups to prioritize deliverables, manage risks, react quickly to challenges, report regular status, evaluate deliverable completion, define quality success criteria, and iterate on solution development

  • Apply data driven insights and ability to develop KPIs to measure program effectiveness, and communicate to decision makers in regular forums

  • Communicating goals, status and procedures to your stakeholders so that any new change is understood and acted upon

  • Work with your teammates to execute on time with high-quality while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment

  • Identify product and process gaps, and then iteratively drive improvements as well as ensuring adoption of improved support experiences

  • Create process design and documentation

  • Manage ADO (Azure DevOps) process adherence

  • and to have fun and enjoy the work and time spent with colleagues!
