Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

• OR equivalent experience.

• 4+ years people management experience.

• 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects

• 5+ years of experience in networking

• 3+ years experience with cloud infrastructure technologies

Other Qualifications

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

• OR equivalent experience.

• 4+ years people management experience.

• 8+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

• 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

• Solid written and verbal communication/presentation skills at all levels of the organization, technical and non‐technical.

• Experience partnering with engineering teams to deliver high-impact results.

• Experience as a key contributor towards designing, shipping, and operating large-scale, cloud services.

• Experience in building and growing diverse teams with solid people development skills.

• Solid project management, leadership, and cross‐group collaboration skills. Proven ability to prioritize, plan, and execute.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in cyber security, Information Security, or equivalent experience.

Technical Program Management M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,600 - $256,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 - $282,200 per year.

In this role, you will lead a team of technical program managers and create security and network isolation capabilities that safeguard the Azure platform. You will work across several divisions to create technical vision and deliver excellence through strategy, execution, and delivery.
