Health Care Insurance Company Duration: 12 Months Location: Owings Mills, MD 21117 Purpose: Design and implement observability solutions using Dynatrace SaaS, APM, DQL, logs on Grail, and dashboarding of business processes.

Key Responsibilities: Decompose business processes into observability requirements Develop Dynatrace dashboards Define and implement observability strategy Lead and guide performance monitoring engineers Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders Evaluate and recommend new observability technologies Establish and enforce observability standards Provide training and mentoring on observability Analyze observability metrics and KPIs Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's in IT or Computer Science, or 4 additional years of relevant experience Experience: 8 years in software systems design and implementation 5 years in observability or related domains 3 years with Dynatrace SaaS, DQL, and Logs on Grail Cloud architecture experience, preferably Azure Strong automation/scripting skills Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and agile methodologies Skills:

Expertise in Dynatrace, Splunk, SolarWinds Development of monitoring dashboards Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficient in technical documentation Ability to work independently and in teams Preferred: Azure Solutions Architect certification ITIL Foundations v3 within 180 days Other Requirements: Disclose any debarment from Federal health care programs Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills ZR
