Location: Springfield Virginia Security Clearance:
TS/SCI with CI Poly - Current Raytheon IIS/GIS provides Operations and Maintenance support for the Intelligence Community This position serves as a senior member of a Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) team with a focus on execution of Integration, Test, and Readiness processes for transition of mission applications into an operational environment spanning multiple sites.
The Systems Engineer (SE) will be required to work independently, or as part of a team, providing systems engineering and integration support to assess, plan, coordinate, schedule and assist with executing projects from inception through system transition.
A key purpose of this position is to assist the government in making informed decisions regarding the installation, integration checkout and test of operational system modifications and upgrades.
Regular interaction is required with adjacent SE&I contracts and several customer groups to achieve a common goal.
Moreover, the SE will be supporting the Engineering Services work stream, providing enterprise-wide systems engineering, and support to integration for an operational government customer.

Required Skills:
Minimum 8-10 years related experience providing systems engineering integration support to operational elements of mission applications to include: Systems installation, integration and test Support to field tests, studies and evaluations Proven ability to work collaboratively in multi-contractor teams Strong Systems Engineering and problem solving skills in a team environment Experience preparing and presenting written & oral reports and briefings Self-starter who is able to complete tasks as set forth by their direct technical leadership with minimal intervention Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment with changing priorities Working at a customer facility and with the customer daily requires good communication skills and the ability to multi-task efforts based on a dynamic environment and changing priorities.

This position requires exceptional communication skills in order for the effective and accurate exchange of information across a multi-location enterprise, with Customer visibility into Systems Engineering activities.
Current TS/SCI with CI poly required.
Desired Skills: Experience with MSOffice suite of tools (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel) Familiarity with NSIS Evidence of strong teammate and customer relationships Experience working across team boundaries Six Sigma Certification Systems Engineering Certification (ITIL, INCOSE, etc.) Required Education (including Major): Candidate possess a bachelors degree in a related technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Systems Engineering), or 8-10 years equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
Selected applicant subject to a U.S.
government security background investigation and must meet minimum eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Current TS/SCI with CI poly required.

CBP PSPD supports a broad range of complex business systems which are instrumental to the CBP mission of securing our borders while facilitating legitimate trade and travel. Northrop Grumman is seeking motivated professionals to join our team as an Automation Tester. Duties and responsibilities include: * Develops automated test scripts to validate functional, technical, and performance requirements. * Executes test scripts during internal system testing. * Documents test issues and works with development team to validate/recreate. * Performs retesting and regression testing. * Documents test results for incorporation into the Requirements Traceability and Verification Matrix. * Provides support to Client testers during acceptance testing, including test script walkthroughs, document testing issues and test results, and answering questions on system functionality. Additional Requirements: * All work will be performed on site at CBP offices in Northern Virginia. Some local travel to various CBP sites may be required. Additional duties may also include: Develop and implement program test plans, quality assurance plans, programs, and procedures using the testing tools. Oversees tests to ensure that performance and quality products conform to established policy and standards. Develops test reports. Reviews, analyzes and reports on quality discrepancies related to software and systems engineering. Investigates problems and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. Interfaces with all program staff to ensure requirements are met. Recommends corrective actions, dispositions and modifications. Participates in meetings as required. JavaNGTS Basic Qualifications: * Must have 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's in Science degree, 3 years with a Masters or 0 years with a PhD. * Must have knowledge and experience working with and supporting the development of an overall test Plan and tailored test plans for each release. * Must have experience developing automated test scripts and working with one or more of QTP, HP-UFT Selenium, * Rational Functional Tester and/or Junit. * Must have a familiarity with writing database scripts for backend validation. * Basic Understanding of Accessibility (508) * Must be a U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a DHS/CBP security clearance Preferred Qualifications: * Active DHS/CBP security clearance * Experience with CBP * Experience with collaboration and tracking tools, such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA and Confluence Wiki.
