This roles reports to the Senior Manager, Digital Strategy and Planning and works in partnership with P&T, Sales Ops, Marketing and key stakeholders to lead strategies that develop and maintain TfB's core platform vision and road map. This position secures key stakeholder alignment and engagement needed to turn the vision into practice. Core platforms include all Salesforce platforms and customer facing buying/servicing portals (eg Inseego, Account Hub) and other platforms as identified. This roles serves as the glue between key stakeholders, and P&T by consulting with key stakeholders on core platform requirements, recommending solutions and translating the vision to P&T and/or third-party resources. This includes managing stakeholder priorities to execute against North Star vision and delivering projects to achieve targeted outcomes.

What you'll do in your role.

  • In partnership with P&T, Sales Ops, Marketing and key stakeholders, lead strategies to develop and maintain TfB core platform vision and road map securing key stakeholder alignment and engagement needed to put it into practice. Core platforms include all Salesforce platforms and customer facing buying/servicing portals (eg Inseego, Account Hub) and other platforms as identified.

  • Serves as the glue between key stakeholders, and P&T by consulting with key stakeholders on core platform requirements, recommending solutions and translating the vision to P&T and/or third-party resources. This includes managing stakeholder priorities to execute against North Star vision and delivering projects to achieve targeted outcomes.

  • In partnership with CX Strategist, contemplates CX impact on all core platform changes.

  • Keeps up with the latest features/functionality of the Salesforce stack and other core platforms and participate in the development of an evolutionary architecture that can be accepting of future change.

  • Understand and anticipate product needs through the research of emerging technologies, customer feedback, current state processes, and creating partnerships with the Sales, Marketing, P&T and other areas.

  • Ensures new technologies meet the road map and architecture of TfB core platforms.

  • In collaboration with business stakeholders, define, socialize, and maintain the TfB Platform Guiding Principles that will inform decisions and approaches (example Guiding Principle- all solutions should utilize a cloud first approach)

  • In partnership with the Data Strategist, manage and maintain the TfB Business Application and Data Flow view

The experience you'll bring.

  • 4 years Management consulting

  • 4-7 years' experience in business process knowledge/improvement and system design

  • Understanding of basic SDLC as well as familiarity with Agile development philosophy

  • Background in business process knowledge/improvement and system design

  • Ability to lead through influence over authority. Proven ability to collaborate broadly with flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results with a cross-functional team.

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate to senior executive levels.

  • Ability to establish key relationships and position oneself as a thought leader

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the B2B Wireless Industry

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business or related quantitative field of study required

  • Masters/Advanced Degree in Research, Applied Analytics, or other quantitative field such as Statistics, Econometrics, Applied Math or Behavioral Sciences preferred.

This role requires collaboration across multiple Engineering and Site Reliability teams to ensure all solutions are holistically built, from implementation to delivery and support. What You'll Do: * Work with various engineering teams to evaluate foundational changes needed to make Okta's service run across multiple cloud platforms * Collaborate with Architects and other Engineering leads to evaluate and make technology choices * Drive development and roll out of new frameworks * Drive these changes holistically from design, development, testing and deployment of the service * Conduct design and code reviews.
