Main responsibility is to ensure maintenance of the Global LIMS (Critical GxP application) as technical expert for system configuration (administration) tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure that necessary trainings to perform my job are planned and performed, as technical expertise maintained during Labware meetings
Propose improvements of processes/activities at local and global level
Back-up other System Administrators as decided with GSO (Global System Owner)
Ensure that actions on the main LIMS supported processes and in compliance with applicable GxP constraints are performed, as:
Documentation management as defined in associated SOP (update/review/approve)
Change requests management as defined in associated SOP based on site needs/issues
Master data change management as defined in associated SOP
Incidents management as defined in associated SOP
User Access and User Review management as defined in associated SOP
Collect & prioritize Site high level user needs, and communicate them to GSO
As Functional manager role of site administrator at same activity/scope level:
Manage transversally and support technically the site administrators working at your scope
Ensure that site administrators are initially and regularly trained to complete their responsibilities, in accordance to their role/tasks
Ensure that local documents are created to describe local LIMS use and administration/maintenance
Escalate any issue (bug)/information (new needs, resources capacity/changes) from sites to GSO/IS
To ensure Business Continuity: perform back-up activity of site administrators when needed and if not feasible by key users
Promote/ensure communication at (ascending and descending) site level
Investigate solution (configuration)/root cause(s) when needed (e.g. bugs/change request)
Audit/inspections support at scope/activity level
Extract/manage data when needed for system statistics/monitoring (e.g. Incidents management KPIs)
As defined in the roadmap and in collaboration/decision with GSO, manage the Business project(s) when identified as Leader, participate when defined as contributor. Escalate any blocking point during ad-hoc meetings (it will allow to review timelines/tasks).
Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution with a scientific focus
Four to seven (4-7) years Quality Systems experience - preferably LIMS
Strong experience in Quality Control Workflows, Labware LIMS, Computerized Systems Validation
Project Management skills in transverse and complex international environment
Global function requiring good knowledge of BI-AH global organization, good understanding of country cultural differences (open-minded)
Ability to cooperate with different cultures and understand local requirements
Autonomous, organized and rigorous
Ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to communicate efficiently in English
Good communication skills
Analysis and synthesis skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
Must be 18 years of age or older
