As a repeat leader on Gartner's Magic Quadrant, and recipient of numerous Product and Innovation awards, we understand how critical it is to lead by example. With that in mind, we are looking to invest in a high-potential Solution Marketing Manager professional who can grow with us.
As a Principal Solution Marketing Manager, you will be in an influential individual contributor role. This position is best for a big-picture thinker who is comfortable taking the strategic risks necessary to not only stay on the cutting-edge, but to create a new understanding of where that edge is.
To accomplish the goal of increasing sales and expanding market share, you will handle responsibilities including:
Managing solution definition, go-to-market strategy and planning including buyer personas, determining market messages, and producing content in various media and for each stage of the buyer journey
Monitoring and analyzing customer needs and technology trends
Communicating industry-related thought leadership and competitor activities including pricing, marketing strategies and product direction
Analyzing and providing input regarding product, pricing, packaging, positioning and promotional strategies (there's an alliteration joke in here somewhere--extra points for humor!)
Collaborating closely with Product Management colleagues to understand product roadmap, features, and functionality to communicate clear and concise use cases for our customers
Working with R&D and Product Development teams to shape the product vision and prioritize features
Owning and driving all marketing-related solution launch and release activities to ensure internal readiness (Marketing, Sales, Services, Support) and customer understanding
Developing programs to increase customer awareness, adoption, and usage of inContact products and solutions
Working with sales leadership to develop tools which support corporate sales philosophy and alignment with proven buying processes
Supporting and strengthening Partner and Channel relationships, education, and communications
Serving as an inContact brand ambassador, educating and reinforcing brand standards
Working across the organization to drive process improvements, manage bottlenecks, anticipate and proactively manage escalations, determine and quantify business need versus team constraints
Driving, unfailingly, toward the goal of ensuring great customer experience
