The Software Engineering team delivers next-generation software application enhancements and new products for a changing world. Working at the cutting edge, we design and develop software for platforms, peripherals, applications and diagnostics all with the most advanced technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and the collaboration of internal and external partners.
Utilizes best practice processes around work assignments, project management and quality of output while maximizing overall team performance
Estimates and develops for medium to high complexity projects; leads cross-functional team through delivery
Builds relationships with customers to improve services and ensure service levels are met
Executes medium to high complexity configuration requests, oversees configuration requests for a solution, and understands implications of configuration options on other modules
Assists project managers in defining, documenting, and clarifying business requirements; guide junior analysts in business requirements documentation; evaluate and articulate technical requirements and identify impact, risks, and benefits of alternative solutions
Strong Communication skills
In depth knowledge of Field Service area
Knowledge of Click Software
Strong knowledge of application to application integration, Boomi preferably.
Typically requires 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6+ years with a Master's degree; or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
Has worked in an Agile Methodology
Has worked in a Global environment
Experience in TFS
Experience in SFDC
