Joining the Global Services Delivery Solutions & Sustainability SSC, you'll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and implementing sustainable solutions within our services supply chain. As the Renew Transition and Operations Readiness Manager, you'll lead the successful implementation of Renew products and services, ensuring seamless adoption by our customers and operational readiness within SSC and beyond.
Job specifics/responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Renew Product & Services projects and transitions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Allocate resources and manage project teams to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor project progress, performance, and risks, making necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Education (degree) and professional experience required:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, project management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
10-15 years of experience in Services Supply Chain, Service Business Management.
MBA, PMP/PMI, ITIL certifications preferred.
Advanced experience in delivery, solution architecting, or business planning.
