  • Drive entire recruitment process from sourcing to assessment to the offer process (including offer approvals & negotiations) and onboarding

  • Build strong relationships with internal hiring teams to ensure we a clearly identifying the client needs

  • Interview and qualify potential candidates by digging in to ensure they fit PayPal's high bar for skills and culture fit.

  • Add value to the candidate experience by going beyond the job description, providing deeper insight into how the position fits within the candidate's respective skill set

  • Partner with hiring teams and GTA teammates throughout the US

  • Quickly develop a deep understanding of PayPal's value proposition and effectively communicate to get candidates excited about the opportunity.

  • Ensure a great candidate experience by keeping candidates continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process.

  • Maintain high standards across all recruitment related metrics including time to fill and source of hire and candidate and customer feedback

  • Aggressively build a pipeline of top talent by sourcing through multiple and creative channels

  • Represent PayPal's mission, vision, and values with integrity and professionalism

  • Participate in special projects as needed and perform other duties as assigned.


  • A minimum of 5 years of proven recruitment experience with a minimum of 2 years in a corporate environment

  • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process

  • Self-driven and highly motivated, with a true sense of ownership from start to finish

  • Proven track record in researching and recruiting candidates

  • Must be extremely diligent and detail oriented

  • Must have a strong sense of urgency

This position will be responsible for executing a best-in-class recruitment strategy and selection approach that reflects GLG's culture and values. This position will be responsible for elevating the relationship with the business unit managers and requires thoroughly understanding business needs and priorities to translate them into practical recruiting. Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to): * Execution of experienced hire recruitment and candidate management. * Constantly identifying ways to further the teams' strategic offerings and abilities to best meet the ongoing demands of the business * Manage and a recruit for a portfolio of positions * Strive for exceptional and best-in-class candidate experience * Work with HRBPs, and Compensation teams to develop strong internal relationships and performance measures * Work with Director of Talent Acquisition, Business Unit Managers and HRBP's to execute workforce plan with recruitment budget in mind. An ideal candidate will have the following: * Bachelor's degree required * 3-5 years' relevant experience in corporate recruitment * Ability to translate business requirements into strategic talent acquisition actions with positive, measurable business impact * Ability to quickly gain an understanding of the business needs and strategy and articulate the needs of a position * Demonstrated competence in thinking strategically, analytically, conceptually and innovatively * Willing to be hands-on throughout daily activities * A flexible approach and ability to operate in a fast-moving and demanding environment * High levels of personal energy and positivity * Working knowledge of ATS (Jobvite) a plus GLG Austin TX
