Northrop Grumman is seeking a proposal and project analyst to support the SEMA Program. The SEMA, Special Electronic Mission Aircraft, program is a complex, global, multi-site program. The proposal and project manager will work across functions to support program growth via Elective Improvements, additional location proposals, and other responses to the customer.
The project and proposal analyt develops, plans and schedules proposals, including Compilation of cost, schedule, and technical elements in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications. This involves coordinating the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments.
Researches and analyzes historical data, develops cost models to support proposal efforts. Coordinates activities and participates in fact-finding meetings. Participates in should-cost and pricing reviews with management and customer representatives. The proposal and project analyst will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
6 Years with Bachelors with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 years with a Master's Degree
Must have experience with Microsoft Suite Applications
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance- Must be a US Citizen
Previous experience supporting proposals
Demonstrated experience working across functions
