Serves as primary liaison with customers on a daily basis using multiple classified customer databases providing constant feedback and tracking information in real-time environment. Work closely with Training Coordinator that resides on site.

  • Tracks and maintains all training service accounts; including all cell phones, pagers, internet and track all UPS and FedEx accounts.

  • Functions as Vendor Repair Coordinator (VRC) for tracking of customer hardware under warranty and cost repair, coordinating requirements with numerous vendors and technical staff.

  • Coordinates clearances and badging of all staff and students managing and escorting of all unclassified maintenance contractors as required.

  • Performs QRC purchasing, logistics functions and security coordination.

  • Works closely with Supply Chain Manager (SCM) for additional back-up support for QRC procurements, Vendor Repair activities and other duties as required.

  • Works closely with Finance to reconcile PO data with accounting system for detailed billing to customer.

  • Provides general IT support providing password resets on commercial net, voicemail resets and DTO/Updates.

  • Provides general Facility support including: conference support and main facility reservations, Quarterly Safety Audits and Floor evacuation Coordinator.

  • SharePoint Knowledge

  • Knowledge of VRS, ACHIBUS, EHS Audit System, IT Tickets.

Required Skills:

  • Must have an existing TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph to be considered for this position.

  • Proven team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical skills, highly literate in desktop computing and application programs (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Lotus Notes).

  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Detail oriented, extremely flexible and ability to work independently , self-motivated and passionate about supporting the mission

Desired Skills:

  • Previous experience with quick reaction contracts preferred. Proficiency in WebTE, eReq, Prism and FileMaker.

  • SharePoint Knowledge

  • Knowledge of VRS, ARCHIBUS, EHS Audit System, IT Tickets

  • Demonstrated understanding of customer service, supply chain and logistics concepts, processes and practices demonstrated understanding of ITAR/EAR compliance requirements

  • Knowledge of Six Sigma Techniques

Required Education (including Major):

Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of 6 years of related professional experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
