This role requires coordinating change management processes, driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks and process/product changes. Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Operational Excellence (OpEx) is committed to the continual improvement of our people, processes, and performance to position Amazon as an industry leader in safety excellence. Drawing from field expertise, OpEx partners with cross-functional teams to resolve global challenges and proactively support our 8,000+ WHS professionals. We partner with process owners to understand causal effects leading to defects, leverage process improvement tools and methodologies to eliminate defects and improve efficiency, and drive changes to optimize safety performance and create a culture of safety excellence. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of the following locations: Nashville, Bellevue, or Seattle.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
