BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

• 7+ years of program or project management experience

• 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

DESCRIPTION

The Amazon Customs and Trade Program and Product team is expanding footprint, services, and solutions to support our expanding client base. Join the dynamic team as a Principal Program Manager and put your customs brokerage, international trade and/or trade consulting experience to work creating a trade advisory offering for international traders globally.

The ideal candidate will be a thought leader able to envision the market need for a trade advisory offering and turn that vision into reality. The ideal candidate will have strong business judgement, have market awareness, and have a track record of developing and implementing new ideas while having fun.

Key job responsibilities

• Create from the ground up a trade advisory service supporting the international trade compliance needs of global traders

• Develop the business plan for the establishment of a global trade advisory offering

• Identify the solutions to be offered and products required

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for product development

• Develop a go-to-market roadmap
