We currently have an opportunity in Oak Brook, IL or Battle Creek, MI for you to grow with us as a Principal Program Manager. This role will work closely with the program sponsors, business leads and IT delivery leads to structure and manage the Global Supply Chain Digital Transformation Program with a strong focus on stakeholder management, program governance, integrated planning, benefits realization, and dependency management.

Lead with us:
Work with technical, business and change management team members to create a program organizational structure and governance model to ensure flawless execution
Validate budget, business case assumptions and benefits are aligned and sufficient to achieve program objectives.
Team with the project teams to define the business and technical solutions needed to achieve the program objectives
Work with subject matter experts in and outside the program teams to identify and address inter-project, cross-functional and end-to-end process impacts and dependencies
Collaborate with us:
Work with program and project teams to resolve issues, mitigations risks, manage scope change requests, and identify items to be escalated to sponsors and stakeholders.
Owns stakeholder engagement plan and facilitates communications with stakeholders by providing visibility to program strategic alignment, program execution health, risks and issues, and benefit realization path.
Consistently follows standard Program Management and IT SDLC methods, tools, protocols and best practices.
