This is an opportunity to join the Strategic Systems Engineering Services team within the Mission Support and Modernization directorate of Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services (IIS). The Programs Cost Schedule and Controls Analyst is a key member of the team, and participates in the control of costs and schedules on contracts using validated cost control systems. You will perform analyses and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracted efforts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines. You will often participate in the preparation of budgets and schedules for all contract work and perform and/or assist in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis. Further, you will ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, including subcontractors, preparing expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government. You will also be responsible for incorporating contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines.

Minimum Required types of Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
6 years experience in the following:
Results and detail oriented
Experience developing cost budget planning, funding analysis/reporting, updating forecasts, monitoring, and analysis
Demonstrated ability to be proactive, creative, and innovative and use critical and strategic thinking
Demonstrated ability to conduct financial statement analyses: variance and trend analysis
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to meet multiple commitments as expected
Sound analytical, problem identification, and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment and lead teams to success
Desired types of Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Experience working with Engineering Services, IDIQ, and/or incrementally funded contracts
Experience with financial CDRL and billing detail requirements, including merging data with teammate (subs) data
In-depth knowledge of SAP, APEX EV / MPM/ or Similar Cost Baseline Management tools
Ability apply, interpret, and provide financial leadership on Raytheon Policies and Procedures
Risk and Opportunity analysis skills
Experience in proposal development and pricing strategies
Familiar with all types of government contracting including CPFF and T&M Familiar with Sarbanes-Oxley reporting requirements
Minimum Required level of education: -
6 years of experience with a B.S/B.A, in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
