Interface with cross-functional teams, vendors, and manage projects across different sites. Work with MEMS and circuit design teams to evaluate new silicon and recommend design improvements for enhanced performance. Plan and execute device verification and characterization.

Design, develop, and validate PCB test platforms and firmware to enable automated data acquisition & analysis. Develop and transfer algorithms to final test and production environments. Perform engineering failure analysis to root cause product issues.

Innovate and prototype system architectures and new technologies for next-generation products. Requirements: 10 years of experience in the productization of semiconductor sensor-based devices MS or PhD in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Exceptional candidates with other backgrounds will be considered.

Experience leading engineering project teams and creating and executing verification and characterization plans. Strong, fundamental knowledge of mixed signal circuits. Hands-on experience with electronics lab instrumentation.

Prior experience with metrology systems for evaluating timing parameters is preferred but not required. Excellent programming skills and prior experience with MATLAB and/or Python. Strong Statistical Analysis Bonus:
