SPS Interfaces is looking for a customer focused Principal Product Manager

  • Technical to make Amazon's Selling Partner Interfaces a world-class integration of research, design, and technology.

We are looking for an experienced Principal PMT to tackle complex and ambiguous problems that span numerous systems, organizations, and disciplines.

They will be a highly visible leader that will own the communication, coordination, and execution of a multi-year program vision. They will design, coordinate, and execute technical and design-led solutions that scale globally.

Managing numerous complex systems and working across several organizations, they will be expected to make appropriate trade-offs between business vs. technical vs UX/CX constraints, clearly communicate goals, roles, and responsibilities. Working cross-functionally, they will identify and secure commitment from multi-disciplinary teams across the company for new initiatives, driving consensus on the holistic approach.

The ideal candidate has significant experience with design-led thinking, research, analytics, working with software developers, and other internal teams to design and deliver digital experiences that delight customers and drive growth.

Maturity, high level judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent, and leadership are essential to success.

To accomplish this, you will be expected to have an established background in technology product development, excellent project management skills, great communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast paced environment. You should be somebody who enjoys working on complex system software, is customer-centric, and feels strongly about building good software as well as making that software achieve its operational goals. Experience with building and operating mobile applications, web-based applications and/or web services-based applications, especially at massive scale, will be very applicable and helpful. Prior experience in leading multiple disciplines will be a big plus as well.
