This position reports to Director of Product Management

What You Get to Do in This Role

  • B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.S./M.Tech. from Computer Science. MBA is a PLUS.

  • Own the product vision. Define and execute product strategy and roadmap with a focus on service mapping solution from IT Operations Management. Evangelize the vision and strategy constantly so all stakeholders are aligned, have broad context in understanding where we are going.

  • Represent the customer. Be the champion and voice of customers and provide a business perspective on value during day-to-day development by defining, designing, accepting, and adapting features and offerings.

  • Drive for the best customer experience possible. Working with the development and user experience teams to deliver a world-class product driven by customers, prospects, advisory teams and internal product experts. Driving the end-to-end feature delivery cycle.

  • Collaborate across teams. We win or lose as a team. Product Managers play a critical role in creating alignment between engineering teams and stakeholders. Understanding and managing all stakeholders (internal and external) needs and expectations. A collaborative attitude is essential to the job.

  • Develop and deliver world class solution. Coordinate product release planning and development for your components. Define expectations for engineering teams and hold them accountable to success and failures. Work across teams to deliver world class solutions with quantifiable value to customers.

  • Measure success. Measure everything. Releasing a feature does not show success. Define what success means for each feature and each function before it even goes to development. Develop ways to constantly define and monitor success.

  • In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

5+ years of Product management in B2B space.

  • At least 5 years of experience in software/application security, or in a role where this was a major component of the job

  • 4+ years of experience in an application security role where you managed, defined, measured and/or operated a security development lifecycle program for a technology company.

  • Extensive information security development program experience including the threat models, secure coding best practices, finding vulnerabilities and secrets in code, and coordinating appropriate remediations in a cloud-native SaaS environmen

  • Experience reviewing code for security vulnerabilities. Direct experience in interpreting and incorporating industry and regulatory vulnerability standards into operational programs (e.g., OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK).

  • Demonstrated success working with engineers and technologies in cloud-native, DevOps environments (including CI/CD pipelines, microservices, and infrastructure as code).

Experience with IT Operations management domain is a must.

  • Strong user experience/design sense.

  • Very strong written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with executive staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties

Overview: IQVIA is seeking high performing Clinical Data Managers and Principal Clinical Data Managers. Principal Data Managers oversee data operations tasks for a team of data managers from study start-up to database lock, to produce a clean and analyzable database. These roles can be full time home-based or matched to office-based roles depending on client alignment. Responsibilities: * Serve as Data Team Lead (DTL) on a program of 6-10 global clinical trials or 40+ increasingly complex central laboratory studies * Provide leadership to CDM team. * Manage CDM customer relationship for CDM project team to include leading (with minimal guidance) CDM customer negotiations on complex timeline, budgetary and other issues. * Provide marketing capabilities presentations and business development presentations. Or serve as Data Operations Coordinator (DOC) for one or three global clinical trials with fewer than 25 operations staff (excludes DE) or 20-40 central laboratory studies, or serve in a leadership role to a specific DM Task. * Serve as back-up for Data Operations Coordinator or Data Team Lead * Provide leadership to Operations team * Provide technical expertise. Manage delivery of projects through full data management process life-cycle. * Management of: Project timelines, Quality issues, Resource management * SOW (scope of work) / budget. Provide justification for customer negotiations. May serve as Project Manager for single service data management projects. Manage comprehensive data management tasks pertaining to the documented project specifications. Manage comprehensive quality control procedures. Provide data management expertise and data management process improvement to CDM management. Mentor other team members in training and developing data management expertise. Independently bring project solutions to the CDM team and the CDM Department. Manage a focus team or a best practice team. Manage the development and implementation of new technology/tool. Present at professional conferences and/or publish articles in professional journals. Provide CDM with technical expertise. Provide review and expert opinion in developing, revising, and maintaining core operating procedures and working instructions. Perform other duties as directed by the functional manager.
