In this role, you will help define and build a best-in-class customer experience for Amazon's footwear, apparel, luggage, and jewelry customers. You will work closely with the retail team, Fashion Tech program leaders, and numerous engineering teams to define, design, and deliver both backend tools and innovative CX that enable improved personalized customer experiences.
In addition to the parts of the customer experience that you will own directly, a large part of your job will be to make the entire shopping experience better by building shared capabilities that focus first and foremost on the individual needs of our customers. You will report to Amazon's Director of Fashion Technology and be a part of the Fashion Tech leadership team, playing an important role in helping establish our long-term strategy of innovation for our customers, and urgently executing the plans that we already have in motion.
