Come help us build and scale an Alexa-wide program that is rooted in customer obsession and continuous CX improvement! The Alexa North Star Design team is looking for a Principal Product Manager who will drive customer-driven decision-making across the Alexa org through the creation and leverage of insights products and mechanisms that catalog and surface qualitative and quantitative customer data collected from across the org. In this role, you will be responsible for the vision and building of insights products that increase the leverage Alexa attains from user research and customer data globally on all platforms. You will have the opportunity to work with dozens of teams spanning the Alexa and Devices org in this high-profile position.
This role requires a self-starter, who can think big while solving tough problems quickly to deliver results oriented. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, has excellent judgment, and a passion for process improvement. You must be able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, be comfortable working horizontally and vertically, and not be hindered by headwinds of ambiguity and competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.
