ADP is seeking an AI Product Manager to join our HR Technology Team.

The HR Technology team is responsible for transforming Human Resources with science, technology and human intelligence. Our team builds state of the art solutions to create a frictionless experience to our associates and practitioners, through a seamless digital journey.

Employee experience is top of mind when we think about developing digital tools for our associates. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager, specializing in AI solutions, to expand our virtual assistant and data driven nudging engine; including exploration and expansion with emerging technologies like GenAI. You will help us reinvent how associates connect with HR using technology, and how we provide support by merging automation and intelligence with user experience.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Act as the central owner to define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for our global HR virtual assistant, aligned with broader HR goals and initiatives

  • Collaborate with business partners on the strategy and vision for our nudging engine, acting as the technical owner and overseeing all implementation

  • Manage all execution related activities, including team process, planning / timelines, risk tracking, and coordination with internal partners

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the product

  • Participate hands on with identifying, defining and designing new conversational experiences, including requirements and UX design

  • Compile and analyze chat metrics to identify usage trends, gaps or areas for improvement or expansion; regularly socialize these metrics and findings with senior leadership and business partners

  • Build relationships with global business partners and HR COEs, and bring them in as program participants to help identify and define new experiences for implementation

  • Lead all internal marketing related activities; socialize and promote the virtual assistant to drive awareness and adoption

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve our underlying chat ecosystem, including feature requests, issues, and status tracking

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5+ years experience as a product lead, including experience with chatbots and virtual assistants; specific experience related to HR is a bonus

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, and conversational AI concepts like NLU/NLP, Intents, Entities, Context Switching

  • Experience leading UX design in a conversational channel

  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making and the ability to dissect complex business processes and translate them into actionable insights

  • Basic understanding of machine learning and data science principles

  • Proficiency with SDLC (software development lifecycle) and agile delivery methodologies

  • Proven ability to operate independently and act like an owner; thorough, proactive and detail oriented

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence, inspire and motivate cross-functional teams and partners

  • Strong intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills
