The Red Hat Global Demand Generation team is looking for a Principal Partner Marketing Manager to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will define and support the implementation of partner-led demand generation programs by our field marketing channel marketing teams and through Red Hat advanced business and premier channel partners to lead indirect sales globally. You'll assist all channel marketing managers in the creation of programs to meet partners needs. As a Principal Partner Marketing Manager, you'll need to have knowledge on partner engagement and go-to-market experience.
Primary job responsibilities
Collaborate with Red Hat regional channel marketing teams to oversee the implementation of Red Hat's demand generation programs through our indirect routes, including original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), distribution, and resellers, including direct marketing resellers (DMRs), value-added resellers (VARs), and regional system integrators (SIs)
Strategize with global demand generation program managers to align demand generation programs to support partner sales across the Red Hat portfolio
Build and deliver programs for channel partners using Intel Rainmaker, Microsoft, HP, Dell, and SAP MDF funds, while tracking and analyzing results through dashboard reporting on deal registrations
Work with partner marketing and campaign teams to insure availability, use, and tracking of complete Red Hat demand generation programs in global partner membership center (PMC) and partner content hub, and Red Hat Partner Enablement Network (OPEN)
Work with each regional channel marketing team to develop bi-annual integrated marketing plans by program and indirect route for priority partners
Team with sales enablement and channel teams to develop training on joint value proposition with partners
Implement metrics, scorecards, and reporting for each channel marketing-based demand generation program
Facilitate communication across the global and regional channel teams by attending quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and regional meetings
Bachelor's degree or higher
5+ years of business-to-business program marketing experience, preferably in the technology field; enterprise infrastructure software marketing experience is a major plus
Channel marketing experience
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under strict deadlines
Detail-oriented with a positive attitude, good work ethic, and excellent organizational and communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 20%
