Portland, OR. Principal Operations Analyst
Work with a team of analysts who gather requirements and understand work processes in order to build performance metrics that support operational excellence for CST&D, including project metrics that support process improvement. The position works on setting direction for the metrics team, including timing and processes for integration with PACE and leading Tableau efforts.
Create Tableau data model for T&D, provide backend support, lead Tableau rollout to T&D business. Create metrics to support business needs. Provide day to day direction for team and set priorities. Define roadmap for reaching a performance driven culture and a process and timeline for integration with PACE.
Experience and Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or closely related field (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of IT experience in the application, design, development and implementation of various BI tools such as Tableau, OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition) and Informatica. Or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or closely related field (or foreign equivalent) and 3 years of IT experience as listed above. All experience can be gained concurrently.
