The Role

Ivanti is a new platform at Aspen that we're looking to grow and mature rapidly. We are looking for an Ivanti Developer to enhance and improve our implementation based on business requirements and best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience with Ivanti and understand ITSM processes.

Your Impact

• Deliver and/or lead development efforts for all projects, enhancements, and fixes.

• Support, analyze, and resolve production application issues as required.

• Partner with the business and analysts to prioritize deliverables and ensure solutions meet the business needs.

• Implement and maintain development and documentation standards.

• Ensure security requirements are met.

• Help to expand the footprint and usage of this new enterprise system.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience required.

• 5+ years of Ivanti/Cherwell experience with some of the following: Service Management, Change Management, Problem Management, CMDB/CI & Asset Management, Creating new business objects, service/incident templates, layout, workflows, data imports, and interface jobs, Reporting including creating KPI metrics & Xtraction Enterprise Server, Neurons for Automation, Discovery, and Healing, Patch Management, ITSM Service cloud & Neurons.

• Proficient in XML/XSLT

• Understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL standards.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet continually changing timelines.

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodology is a plus.

• Strong written and verbal communication.
