The Principal, Human Resources Business Partner will serve as an advisor to business leaders and their respective leadership teams. Additionally, the Human Resources Business Partner will provide a broad range of HR services including: coaching and employee development, talent management, change management, policy development, workforce planning & employee relations. The successful candidate will develop strong relationships with the leadership teams, and also with our global HR team, to help us achieve business results. The selected individual must be able to support programs, challenge the status-quo and develop creative solutions to business challenges.
Represents the Global HR Function in providing full-service HR partnering support to assigned organizations.
Cultivates strong working relationships with client leadership team and employees.
Gains deep knowledge of corporate business practices, policies, organization structure, roles/responsibilities to fully understand business and industry dynamics.
Serves as program manager for HR initiatives in support of business objectives such as talent reviews, succession planning, on-boarding, mentoring, and development planning.
Supports various human resources functions, including compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations to provide strategic and tactical HR support to line managers
In-depth knowledge of legal requirements
Help manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
Conducts effective, objective, and thorough investigations
Provides day to day performance management guidance to management
Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation
Guides and provides input on business unit workforce planning and succession planning
Tracks retention and other metrics, providing analysis to management periodically
Keep clients of the company informed of policies and practices regarding human resources

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field and 7+ years related experience required
5-7 years of proven HR experience to include time spent in a strategic HR Generalist role as well as cross functional HR positions
Experience within fast paced environments
Demonstrated success partnering with business clients and experience in developing and implementing change initiatives with a solid track record for delivering results
Effective coaching skills with a proven track record in quickly gaining credibility and partnering collaboratively with business leaders
