Job Description:

This is an opportunity to join the IDS Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD) product line, as part of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role is in a fast-paced and challenging environment, with an emphasis on skills in analysis, management information systems, and cross-functional collaboration. This role serves as the primary finance lead for a number of key FP&A processes including: New Business Investments (NBI), Bookings/Pipeline analysis, Concurrent Planning, Coordinator for Appropriations Requests (Capital/Lease/Inventory), Actionable Asset & Contracts-in-Process tracking, Quarterly EAC tracking and coordination of Quarterly PMO Certifications. Additional responsibilities include support to the monthly financial forecast, 5-Year Plan, Annual Operating Plan, and other ad-hoc requests. The candidate will be required to collaborate across multiple functions and leadership levels, including Business Development, Program Management, and Finance, to conduct thoughtful analyses for key business decisions.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of related work experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • SAP/Business Warehouse Experience

  • Excellent written and oral communication; experience presenting at various leadership levels

Desired Skills:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis and/or Program Finance experience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry

  • Experience with New Business Investments, Capture Management, and/or Capital Investments

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including macros and dashboards

  • Enterprise Raytheon Pipeline Manager (ERPM) tool experience

  • MBA desired

Required Education (including Major):

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
